In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients using a wooden spoon or your hands until well combined.
If the mixture feels too dry, add a tablespoon of water or more agave, a little at a time, until the mixture holds together easily.
Scoop about 1 to 1½ tablespoons of the mixture with a spoon, then use your hands to roll into balls.
Line a Tupperware or dish with parchment paper, then add the energy bites to the container to store.
Let them firm up in the fridge for 12 hours before consuming.
Store in the fridge for up to 1-2 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
