Welcome! Thank you for being here. Nourish with Natalia is a lifestyle blog composed of healthy recipes, wellness journeys, and wander-lust inducing travel itineraries. My goal is to inspire others to achieve a happy and healthy lifestyle that I have been so fortunate enough to have. 

A self-taught cook, my creativity flourishes in the kitchen. A vegetarian since the ages of 5, my recipes range from veganism to vegetarian with carnivorous suggestions along the way to fit all types of eaters.

The majority of my life was spent as a competitive gymnast where diet and routine correlated to the success of my career. I quickly learned how my body reacted to healthy food and became obsessed with this new-found knowledge that the earth is here #nourish us. ‘Let thy food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’ has been my mantra ever since.

When it comes to adventure, my parents infected me with the travel bug at a young age. The minute they got the approval for their ‘newborn’ to fly, planes became my nursery. I spent summers going to school in Costa Rica where we have a second home and took a #solotrip for a few months to go live in Indonesia last year. In between those times, I have traveled to 25 countries and look forward to increasing that number.
