It’s been awhile since I posted a smoothie bowl recipe. When I first started Nourish with Natalia the majority of my recipes were all smoothies due to the endless combinations that you can create bowls with. Whenever I get stuck on what to make next, I go through my archives to get inspired. This weeks inspo was smoothie bowls and the fact that I have been incredibly stressed. Stress is a part of everyone’s lives and can be caused by numerous reasons. It is also is something I really struggle with. I let it consume me and lose sight of what is important. I forget what makes me happy. While there are so many things in this world that make me happy, working out and eating right is my number one. It changes my mood entirely.This bowl is packed with potassium which calms your stress levels. It also supports a healthy immune system and builds muscle! Blend banana – protein powder together then pour into a bowl. Add chopped strawberries, coconut shreds, and granola then serve! Pro tip: I like to add raw honey to the top
