For those of you who have tried juice cleanses, your stomach may already be cringing reading this. Do not fret, this cleanse knocks out the stereotype. You are not hungry, you can still workout, and your energy levels will increase drastically.

Quick Tips:

  • Prep your smoothies in the morning if you will not be at home that day
  • Add protein to the smoothie that follows a workout
  • Have as much green tea as you would like (get the caffeinated kind – great for boosting metabolism)
  • If you need an additional snack, you can eat anything that is in the shakes example: banana
  • Peel the cucumbers before you add to a smoothie
