Honey Hot Crispy Tofu Bowls with Spicy Mayo

My kitchen gained a few new appliances over the holidays. Included in that list is my new 6 quart beautiful by Drew Barrymore air-fryer. I have linked one similar here. I love the easy clean up, stylish design, and the size of this air fryer as I can easily feed 5-7 people without needing to use an oven.
For the tofu in this dish, you can broil the cubes oven for 10-15 minutes on 450F or fry them in oil if you do not have an air fryer on hand. The base of this bowl is a cauliflower rice mixed with lime, salt, and cilantro. Chicken or tuna are both great options to sub for tofu if wanting a different protein.
